Terms Of Use
Clients who wish to sell/buy/rent/lease their property through S & B Properties, must register at our office.
Our commission/service charges are non-negotiable and the same must be agreed to by the clients prior to availing our services.
Clients must inform S & B Properties if and when they sell their property directly or if they wish to withdraw their properties that have
been listed in our web site, to enable us to delete this data from our site.
Commission paid as brokerage is non refundable.
Commission must be paid at the time of sale agreement/registration.In case of any delay, interest @ 15% per month, will be added to the commission payable from the date of sale/registration/signing of the lease agreement.
All additional and incidental charges will be charged at actuals.
